The Client Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring all client services duties are provided in a quality manner, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and accuracy at all times. The Client Coordinator will also follow through to ensure that satisfactory resolution is accomplished when resolving and problem-solving client issues as they are received.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitates new client kick-off meetings and existing client meetings.
2. Develops and documents functional requirements for new clients.
3. Develops training materials for new and existing clients.
4. Analyzes any new or revised client requirements to ensure accuracy.
5. Makes decisions regarding the resolution of eligibility, accumulator and claims extract file issues.
6. Makes decisions regarding the resolution of member issues and non-escalated client issues.
7. Facilitates the process for new benefit changes on behalf of client and provides direction on how those changes need to be implemented.
8. Builds, supports and maintains client portal and CRM application.
9. Prepares for and participates in open enrollment meetings for new and existing clients.
10. Generates reports for clients.
11. Implements internal department and corporate projects.
