The successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead and coordinate the Engineering department and workload.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading and coordinating the Engineering department and workload.
2. Supporting in designing functional processes around the creation, review, and update of engineering documentation and master data maintenance.
3. Building effective processes to design, create, and maintain Installation BOMs.
4. Managing and developing Installation work instructions and installation manuals.
5. Developing continuous improvement processes for engineering, installation, and service processes.
6. Leading personal development of the team, including coaching, training, and performance management.
7. Monitoring and ensuring business compliance with UK regulations and standards within the industries we operate.
To be successful in this role of Manufacturing Engineering Manager, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
2. Engineering principles and technical knowledge.
3. Experience with Lorry loader / Crane / HGV would be nice to have.
4. Experience with managing a team and ability to develop individuals.
5. I.T. skills, including MS Office, Salesforce, Google Platform, and the SAP ERP System.
6. Communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work without supervision.
