Description Role overview An important aspect of our work is Public Consultations which are a regulatory process by which the government or local authorities/bodies seek public opinion on matters affecting them. The main goal is in improving the efficiency, transparency and public involvement in large-scale projects or laws and policies. Data Capture is responsible for collating every response received and coding the open ended verbatim. This work provides clients with insight into public opinions, which really does shape the world around us. This role sits within our Data Capture Team. The team works closely with our research colleagues across the business and offers questionnaire scanning, open end comment coding, response handling for public consultations, product despatch, transcription and other ad-hoc requirements. We work on a diverse range of projects & topics so no one day will be the same. The projects are varied and challenging, and you will grow your knowledge in this area. This role will offer hybrid working from the office 3 days a week and the rest from home. What will I be doing? As a Project Administrator your role will be to manage a variety of projects from set-up to passing final data, whilst ensuring all quality procedures are followed. Managing allocated projects to ensure scheduled dates are achieved and within budget/hours. Liaising with research teams and colleagues across Operations. Conduct quality checks to ensure data integrity and resolve issues that may arise. Provide project guidance, support and coaching to other members of the team Create code frames and code responses from open end questions Involved in running ad-hoc and tracking projects and ensuring compliance procedures are followed What do I need to bring with me?
