About You To apply for this post, you must: Degree level qualification in a relevant subject (CIPD Level 5) or equivalent level of relevant experience in a business and or HR support services settings Proven management experience in a relevant setting, including responsibility for staffing and HR resources Experience of managing HR systems and Processes Experience of interpreting and analysing data in order to improve services, including redacting information To have a flexible and responsive attitude to meet the demands of the departmental requests To be able to organise own work and lead and manage the work of others in different centres and services across the area To be able to work under pressure, within short deadlines. Ability to negotiate with a wide range of external agencies and partners and have strong links working with senior management You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
