Project Manager - Social Housing Decarbonisation Location: London Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 (Basic Salary) Benefits: 35 Days Annual Leave, Car Allowance, Pension Contribution, Bonus Spencer & James are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Social Housing Decarbonisation (SHDF) Contract in London. You will oversee the project execution and delivery, ensuring profitability and ensure the project the project is delivered safely and to a high quality. Main Responsibilities: Plan and track detailed project schedules for accurate progress updates. Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and standards. Uphold quality standards by integrating them into the Quality Plan. Manage resources to achieve efficient project delivery within set limits. Create a communications plan and assign roles across the team. Oversee the handover process, providing end-user support as needed. Key Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the social housing sector with a Main Contractor Experienced in delivering Planned Maintenance Works - incl. External works Excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills Qualifications NVQ Level 6 or Degree Qualified SMSTS First Aid at Work Asbestos Awareness Ideally hold a Prince2 or PMP qualification Benefits: 35 Days Annual Leave (incl.
