Aspire Jobs are working exclusively with our client, a property management company based in Bournemouth. They are a small team looking for an experienced Office Administrator to streamline and run their admin process.
This is a hands-on role requiring previous admin experience, excellent communication skills both face to face and on the phone, and a proactive approach to tasks.
The office has a professional yet laid-back atmosphere. The role would suit someone who can work in an environment with a small amount of banter.
You should be a good team player with strong IT skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to work independently when necessary. An immaculate appearance is essential, as you will be dealing with the public face to face at times. Good energy and flexibility/adaptability to take on other roles are important, as you may occasionally check on properties.
You will have the opportunity to build great relationships and make the job your own. A degree of flexibility is required as you will be working in a small team.
Job Description
Duties to include, but not limited to:
* Filing
* Coding of Invoices
* General Office Duties
* First point of contact for tenants
* Assisting property managers
* Managing and preparing periodic reports
* Monitoring/managing tenancy diaries
* Attending sites for inspections and taking meter readings
* Building relationships with tenants and contractors
While the role is office based, there are opportunities to conduct basic meter readings or hand over keys.
