Executive Personal Assistant to Managing Partner, Surrey Agency, NFU Mutual
• Role location – Godalming
• Competitive salary

• 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, an hour for lunch

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide support to our Managing Partner. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the Managing Partner’s emails
2. Managing the Managing Partner’s calendar, including making appointments
3. Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and dealing with them personally or routing calls as necessary
4. Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
5. Coordinating travel arrangements and creating detailed itineraries
6. Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
7. Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
8. Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
9. Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the executive
10. Handling personal tasks for the executive as needed
11. You may also be asked to lead a small executive support team.
About You:
Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, team player and with a can-do attitude. It is essential you possess the confidence and sound judgement to take the necessary action without always referring to the Managing Partner.
To apply for this role you should have:
1. Live within easy reach of Godalming
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager/executive
3. Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
4. Exceptional planning and time management skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Discretion and confidentiality
