The Cambian Group, the UK’s largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities, is looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join the team at Cambian Wing College.
Cambian Wing College is an independent provider of specialist further education and residential care in the South West. We offer day and up to 52-week residential placements for young people aged 16 to 25 years old. We typically support students who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mental Health, and a range of behaviour, emotional and complex needs (including medical).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Petty Cash:
* Money in and money out records
* Weekly cash reconciliation
* Payment cards reconciliation
* Access to work claims
* Purchasing of Safer Recruitment
* Invoices
Payroll:
* Timesheets monthly 10th and 25th
* Payroll month end for salaried and hourly staff
* Organise and communicate deadlines including overtime and hourly timesheets
* Rota calculations, checks with RM’s.
* Cross checking reports for monthly and salaried.
* Process salary adjustment.
* Pensions
* Payroll queries.
* Staff Expenses.
ITrent:
* Advise central of required updates to ITrent.
* Cross check head count report.
* Absence reporting and checking.
Reception Support:
* 3rd line telephone for reception
* To cover when required to keep office staffing ratio
