Looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join a leading Property Services company based in Coalville
Responsibilities:
1. Provide effective administrative support to the management team, carrying out general contract duties to include collating and creating reports, spreadsheets
2. Raising PO's, Invoicing, managing email inbox and other Admin duties
3. You will liaise with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, supervisors and customers providing excellent customer service
Offering a competitive salary of up to £24,000 + great benefits
Requirements:
4. You'll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Have excellent customer service skills
