Registered Nursing Associate The Alexandra Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary Up to £27,316.76 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle Is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Registered Nursing Associate to join their team of staff in the Nursing department. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns. Duties of this role include: Deliver holistic, compassionate care that supports patients' personal, physical, and emotional needs. Undertake clinical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, catheter care, nutrition and hydration support, and mobility assistance. Recognise and escalate changes in a patient’s condition to senior nursing staff in a timely and appropriate manner. Contribute to ongoing patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and care records in line with legal and professional standards. Adhere to infection prevention and control measures, safeguarding policies, and health and safety guidelines. Follow medication protocols and support administration of medications within your scope of practice (where trained and authorised). Applicants should meet the following criteria: NMC-registered Nursing Associate. Completion of an approved Nursing Associate training programme. Understanding of person-centred care and the role of the Nursing Associate within the wider team. Excellent communication, clinical, and organisational skills. Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
