Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our busy Imaging Service department. This post will be based in Harrogate Hospital and will support patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals with queries and appointments. Main duties of the job The post holder will be required to provide a professional, efficient and comprehensive reception service within the department's reception desk, fulfilling all necessary reception, clerical, administrative and general tasks required to facilitate and record patient treatment using paper based health records and information technology systems. Be familiar with, and work to, the protocols and policies of the Imaging Services and Trust policies.
