Candidates must be in a similar position and be capable of running several projects at any one time. Preference will be given to the individual who has experience working on high street retailers fit outs.
Main tasks include:
1. Undertake site surveys,
2. Creating a programme of works,
3. Creating the relevant site method statements / risk assessments,
4. Processing material requisitions to the office Contracts Co-Ordinator’s and placing sub-contractor purchase orders,
5. Liaising with the client Project Manager, IPD Site Manager and site operatives.
6. Attending periodic site inspections and meetings.
7. Completing final accounts.
This is a permanent position, with competitive salary and use of company vehicle or allowance.
