We are seeking a proactive I.T Services Technician to join a fast-paced incident team in Plymouth on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide Service Desk IT support across multiple sites, handling service requests both locally and remotely. Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive IT support via multiple communication channels. Take full ownership of Service Records, ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates and actions. Maintain accurate records in the Incident Management System. Escalate complex or high-priority issues to internal or external teams. Act as a key point of contact for IT system users and external partners. Stay updated on new technologies to maintain expertise and provide effective support. Assist with additional IT-related tasks as assigned by senior staff. Essential Experience / Qualifications and Candidate Attributes Required: At least 1 year of IT support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiar with troubleshooting Windows operating systems (10, 11, Server 2012 and newer) Basic understanding of network infrastructure issues (WAN, LAN, etc.) Previous experience in customer-facing roles Strong analytical skills for problem resolution Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Holder of a full, clean driving license The successful candidate will be working Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm, 12.30pm finish on Friday’s.
