What You Will Do:
1. Coordinate tactical Accessories Sales campaigns and manage a rolling calendar of seasonal sales promotions.
2. Create and manage a rolling forecast for top-selling Accessories, ensuring stock availability aligns with demand.
3. Identify and manage product run-out activities, addressing surplus stock across the global warehouse network.
4. Collaborate with the Accessories Sales Manager and Regional Accessories leads to harness best practices and lessons learned.
5. Oversee Accessories stock and availability reporting, ensuring a smooth commercial prioritisation in the event of supply shortages.
6. Champion continuous improvement in the efficiency of sales promotion campaigns for accessories, streamlining processes for both central and regional teams.
What You Will Bring:
1. Proven expertise in Excel and Tableau with a strong background in project management.
2. Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with analytical skills for developing structured reports.
3. Experience in Sales Planning, forecasting and lifecycle management.
4. Knowledge of Purchasing, Supply Chain & Inventory Management processes.
5. Ideally, familiarity with the Automotive Industry, especially in an Aftersales role, and a good understanding of automotive accessories products.
