Position Summary:
Internal Sales Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Sales Executive with a strong track record in the steel pipeline industry. This professional will play a pivotal role in our organisation, working in a dynamic team and contributing to our continuous growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and nurturing our client base, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and effectively managing client accounts from initial enquiry to post-sale support.
Key requirements:
1. Proven track record within the steel pipeline/process industry with a good knowledge of products (pipes, tubes, valves, fittings, etc)
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
3. Proficiency in using IT system, including Outlook, Word, CRM, and out sales software (training provided)
Responsibilities:
1. Expand and maintain the client database, ensuring consistent growth.
2. Provide high quality customer experiences, meeting, and exceeding client expectations.
3. Take full ownership of client accounts and orders, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to aftercare services.
4. Visit clients as necessary to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
5. Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the client portfolio.
