What’s it like working for Bury MHST?
We are very proud to have been finalists for Pennine Care Awards 2024 Team of the Year.

1. At Bury MHST, we are a close-knit group of hard-working people with a big focus on staff wellbeing.
2. Bury MHST is a great team to work for; everyone is kind, supportive, and friendly.
3. There’s not a single person in the team I wouldn’t be able to approach for help and support (both professionally and personally).
4. I think we’re all wonderful at putting CYP voice at the heart of our decision-making and we all go above and beyond to be an advocate for the CYP we work with (e.g., school-based problem solving, signposting/advice giving).
5. We’re a creative bunch! Always looking for new and creative ways to improve our offer.
6. We receive high-quality supervision which enables reflective practice.
7. Daily drop-in manager’s supervision and check-in-and-chats means we always have someone to speak to and debrief – great for our wellbeing.
