The company is growing and has a full order book. The successful Lead Engineer will be working from the company’s state of the art facility three days a week and will enjoy an impressive range benefits as part of the package. Key aspects of the Lead Engineer role include - Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related subject Lead Engineer will have a successful/proven track record of delivering projects for a systems integrator within automation, electrical engineering & controls Strong variable speed drives knowledge Electrical / controls concept design including Functional Design Specification, Safety Requirements Specification, Single Line Diagram, Network Topology, Device Layout, Cause & Effect Matrix, Safety Block Diagram etc. Software design, including Software Design Specification and production of Software / Configuration deliverables for PLC / HMI / SCADA / robot / drives / BMS etc. Lead Engineer will supervise multi-disciplined engineering teams including mentoring, leading and coaching junior team members 3 days per expected in the office, 2 working days per week can be worked from home Other benefits include EV charge points at the offices, social & wellbeing activity scheme, life insurance and an employee assistance programme The client has a fantastic reputation and is a very well-established organisation.
