Job overview
This post is a new addition to the Workforce Systems team. The expansion of the team comes during an exciting time for system engagement and enhancements to services across the organisation. The successful applicant will be vital in supporting the drive towards data integrity in our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.

Main duties of the job
A key aspect of this role involves the analysis of coding within ESR and updating or correcting data entries as necessary. The successful applicant will perform task-based work as part of large-scale projects on a number of complex data sets. A keen eye for detail and careful consideration of the impact of data amendments is essential to work within a live database system.
The successful applicant will build positive, working relationships with other professional users of our systems, to aid in data enhancements and system engagement. Our key stakeholders include: recruitment teams, payroll, finance teams, corporate services functions, and rostering teams.

Person specification
Qualifications and Training
* Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent. English at C or above – or equivalent qualification/demonstrable experience.
* Typing skills/qualifications such as RSA/OCR 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Experience
* Experience in using Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience of working under pressure to strict deadlines.
* Effective communication with key stakeholders.
* An understanding of the importance of data integrity.
* Ability to focus and perform consistently on task-based projects.
* Experience of working with live data in electronic systems databases.
* Experience of working with complex data sets or reports.
