Sitting within our Operatingfunction, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management, and strong control frameworks. You and the team will: Educate and influence Operations leadership, management, and suppliers on key regulatory developments and risk exposure. Ensure timely and accurate implementation of regulatory changes within Operations. Lead risk assessment and control design for projects impacting Operations, ensuring best practice and adherence to Group Standards. As a Risk Assessment Lead, you will: Lead on Risk Assessment best practice across Operations, ensuring alignment with Group Standards. Monitor and interpret emerging risks, attending industry meetings to stay ahead of regulatory changes. Assess risk and design controls for regulatory and operational change projects. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure risk considerations are embedded in decision-making. Influence strategic direction by providing expert regulatory insights. What Were Looking For: Strong grasp of operational, conduct, and regulatory risk within a Operationsfunction. Familiarity with supplier risk management and third-party governance. Proven track record in risk assessment, regulatory engagement, and industry participation Strong experience in operations and supplier risk management. Excellent analytical skills and experience in risk assessment methodologies. Strong stakeholder management able to influence senior leaders and suppliers. Ability to assess complex information and present key insights concisely Excellent analytical, numeracy, and project management skills. Commercial awareness and ability to align risk management with business objectives. Strong presentation and communication skills.
