Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Working Hours: 08:00am – 16:00pm / 09:00am – 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare documents using various Microsoft packages for team members, including reports, minutes from workshops, and presentations.
2. Create Engineering Certificates and Service Entry sheets for payment and release of retention payments via SAP Core.
3. Raise shopping carts for equipment, goods, and services, and process goods receipts via SAP.
4. Purchase equipment, goods, and services through other methods such as supplier portals or purchase cards.
5. Arrange and support meetings and conferences (internal and external), including room bookings, managing delegates, and producing materials.
6. Maintain electronic filing systems and internal records.
7. Support the project team with other administrative duties as required.
8. Liaise with other internal departments when necessary.
9. Ensure basic care of office equipment and that supplies are readily available.
Skills and Experiences Required:
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Knowledge of SharePoint.
* Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
