1. 2-3 years’ experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
2. Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
4. Excellent organisational and time-management.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Passion for streetwear fashion and trends.
Responsibilities:
8. Prepare weekly, quarterly, and seasonal trade and inventory performance reports to provide actionable insights to the team.
9. Conductprehensive post-event and promotion analyses, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
10. Conduct monthly website analyses and rmend corrective actions as necessary.
11. Provide ad hoc analyses as required to support decision-making processes.
12. Conductpetitive analyses to support product, pricing, and promotional strategies, identifying opportunities and gaps in the market.
13. Forecast seasonal trends and provide rmendations to the design team for product development.
14. Develop assortment plans based on Open-To-Buy (OTB) parameters, suggesting core and carryover lines.
15. Prepare product selection and place orders in line with OTB and launch objectives.
16. Prepare seasonal buy review presentations, summarising buys against OTB, range plans, and identifying gaps.
17. Manage gaps and cancellations post-order confirmation, ensuring minimal impact on product availability.
18. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop launch-specific marketing plans and product pack for website uploads.
19. Coordinate with operations to monitor and manage delivery schedule, ensuring timely market launches.
