Craft Sales Strategies: Devise and implement innovative strategies to propel our revenue and sales to unprecedented heights.
Achieve Excellence: Surpass sales targets and strategic objectives within partner accounts.
Expand and Innovate: Identify and capitalise on new opportunities to increase market share through strategic distribution.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various Redstor teams to meet partner performance objectives.
Resolve Channel Conflicts: Ensure smooth communication between channel and direct teams to effectively manage and solve conflicts.
Market Insight: Collect and analyse market intelligence to discover untapped areas and aid in strategic growth initiatives.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee partner adherence to Channel Partner programs and agreements.
Build Bridges: Act as a vital link between Redstor and the distribution network for a fluid partnership.
Strategic Planning: Engage in partner planning to set mutual goals, financial targets, and key milestones.
Innovate and Collaborate: Work with partners to develop and launch new GTM & services offerings for incremental revenue.
Uncover Opportunities: Forge relationships with other tech vendors for mutual opportunities through distribution.
Future-Focused Strategies: Proactively develop and implement long-term strategies and initiatives for regional business growth.
Collaborative Marketing: Coordinate closely with marketing and product teams for effective go-to-market strategies.
Analyse and Lead: Continually assess business performance to inform operations and strategic reviews.

* Channel Sales Experience: Proven background in driving channel sales, in SaaS.
* SaaS Knowledge: Familiarity with selling SaaS platforms/BDR solutions through channels.
* Industry Networking: A strong personal network within the industry.
* Global Perspective: Experience with key regional and global Cloud Distribution organisations.
* B2B Sales Proficiency: Progressive experience in B2B sales.
* Relationship Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Driven by Results: Highly motivated and focused on achieving results.

* Travel Ready: Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
