This position is part of the Colleague Experience Group (CEG), focusing on providing an outstanding colleague experience and building effective business processes. The role involves re-designing processes, shaping risk management culture, and defining strategy and compliance globally.
Impact in this role:
Partner with Control Management and process owners to drive process excellence, serve as a subject matter expert, and develop process documentation aligned with RCSA and PRSA timelines.
Responsibilities:
* Create process documents, process flows, and SOPs for complex CEG processes, incorporating SME input.
* Coach process owners on RCSA and PRSA process documentation.
* Manage issues identified through risk assessments.
* Coordinate testing of processes across teams.
* Collaborate with Product team on control automation priorities and act as SME for automation solutions.
* Support operational and enterprise risk management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Significant risk management experience or relevant field.
* Experience with Control Management and second/third line teams.
* Decisive, accountable, and experienced in leading change.
Strong business judgment, communication, process mapping, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential. Experience with MS Visio and Archer is a plus. BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred. Role offers hybrid work options.
