About the Role:
The Institutional FX Dealer is responsible for executing trades in the FX market on behalf of clients and the company. They are also responsible for managing client relationships, providing market insight and analysis, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the FX market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with assigned Argentex clients, acting as a regular point of contact, interacting with clients on a regular basis through telephone consultations and personal visits to the client’s workplace.
* Provide accurate forecasting on potential deals in your portfolio on a weekly basis.
* Create Hedging Solutions for customers within your portfolio.
* Create FX Hedging Policies for customers within your portfolio.
* Solicit orders, price up the order, trade and execute the order via client instructions.
* Provide excellent customer service to retain business for Argentex.
* Maintain overall management of a portfolio of client accounts against a monthly revenue target. On a monthly basis meet/exceed revenue targets set by the Head of Dealing.
* Outperform the monthly KPI’s set by the Head of Dealing.
Who are we looking for?
* Proven experience in the field of foreign exchange services, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor and the ability to persuade.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proficient in the use of trading platforms and other relevant software.
* Insight and experience to protect the company’s commercial priorities and positively drive client relationship.
* Extreme attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data.
