I have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager - Employee Relations to join this forward thinking organisation based in Stevenage
You will be involved in the following:-
* Lead and drive the development and execution of a vision and strategy for Employee Relations (ER) resources that align with business and HR strategy and objectives.
* Work with leadership and management team to develop and implement the ER Vision and strategy
* Develop and implement progressive employment procedures/policies, guidance and toolkits
* Review and evolve employment contracts
* Develop a programme to upskill managers
You will need the following experience:-
* Leading and delivering substantial ER work packages/projects
* Developing and implementing ER Policies and Procedures
* Effective collaborative stakeholder management
* Experience of developing/evolving Terms and conditions of employment.
In return they offer a salary of £75-80,000 plus bonus, car allowance and very good benefits
