I am looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, Account Manager, Field Sales Executive or similar required to join a prominent UK provider of specialist vehicles, equipment, and support services within the fire and safety industry.
The successful candidate must be happy to cover the UK working from home with regular client visits.
The successful candidate will come from a fire and safety industry background, with knowledge of thermal imaging cameras, fire fighting equipment, vehicles or other fire industry safety equipment.
The Package:
£40,000-£50,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive the business forward to maximise fire vehicle and equipment sales and rental profits within the fire and safety market, where you will be selling thermal imaging cameras and fire fighting equipment.
2. Proactively develop relationships with new and existing clients. Promote the product portfolio, including new and used vehicles, equipment, and ancillary services.
3. Explore and develop new business sectors, including marine and aviation. Strengthen relationships with key customers, including contractors and service providers.
4. Develop a solutions-driven approach to positively impact the customer experience whilst managing customer queries.
5. Ensure company-supplier equipment is used securely and in accordance with policy and legal regulations.
6. Work with various departments, particularly on projects being explored or implemented.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven track record in new sales and converting inquiries, ideally within the fire equipment sector.
2. Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, Account Manager, Field Sales Executive or similar.
3. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and develop market opportunities.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage at all levels.
5. Business development and account management experience with a tenacious approach to achieving results.
6. Customer-focused attitude and personal drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
