Office & Purchasing Administrator
Location: outskirts of Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
Benefits: 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service) and life insurance
Duration: Permanent

As Office & Purchasing Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, friendly team - supporting customers, suppliers, and the sales team to keep everything running smoothly.

Job Duties:
* Managing calls, emails and orders
* Processing purchase/sales invoices & delivery notes
* Liaising with suppliers and negotiating prices
* Booking deliveries and arranging samples
* Supporting Sales Managers with quotes and customer care
* Helping with ISO compliance and internal coordination
What we are looking for:
* Office experience with Outlook, Word & Excel
* Great communication skills
* Organised, flexible and proactive mindset
* Confident under pressure and happy to multitask
* Willingness to train as a First Aider and Fire Warden is a bonus
