Harris Global are currently recruiting for a PMO Manager to join one our marketing leading clients on a permanent basis in their London office, working to a hybrid model. The successful candidate must have experience working within financial services.
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing the organization-wide Programme and Project Management Office (PMO) and its framework.
* Supervising two Change Managers, recruiting and collaborating with additional staff and consultants as PMO demands fluctuate.
* Partnering closely with senior business stakeholders to ensure change initiatives achieve expected outcomes, remain within budget, and meet timelines.
* Supporting, challenging, and coordinating tactical and strategic business initiatives assigned to the PMO.
* Empowered to recommend and implement enhancements to PMO processes and change frameworks.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage development boards using Microsoft Azure Boards for Agile planning and execution.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and gain approvals for process improvements.
* Create Project Initiation documentation.
* Map processes in collaboration with SMEs.
* Support business readiness for program and project delivery.
* Mentor the change team and stakeholders to ensure a consistent PMO framework, effective change management practices, increased engagement, and reduced project fatigue.
* Ensure all stakeholders and departments understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
* Document processes and provide cross-training for support and coverage.
