Are you passionate about supporting children’s development and making a positive impact on their lives? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a well-established setting, working with children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Main Duties:
* Work closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning and social development.
* Provide emotional, physical, and social support to students, promoting their well-being.
* Prepare and maintain classroom resources to meet the needs of pupils.
* Support the delivery of individual and group interventions aimed at improving behaviour and learning outcomes.
* Supervise and support pupils during project and sporting activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A positive, enthusiastic, and patient individual with a passion for working with children.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff.
* A willingness to learn and develop your skills in a SEMH setting.
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* A DBS check (enhanced) on the Child & Adult Workforce, or a willingness to obtain one.
