Supporting pupils with emotional, physical, and academic needs, including those with special educational needs. Monitoring and contributing to the progress of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Helping organize and maintain the learning environment, including preparing materials. Assisting with behavior management and fostering a safe, encouraging atmosphere. Supervising children during break times, assemblies, and school trips. Potentially running breakfast or after-school clubs to enrich the school community. About You Be able to do the job as described. Have experience or confidence working across the primary age range. Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to engage children in these areas. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
