Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage booking systems, maintain accurate records, and handle venue-related administration.
Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for venue hirers and the public, providing expert guidance and assistance.
Booking Coordination: Organise and manage bookings while effectively communicating with all stakeholders.
Event Coordination: Support event planning, preparation and delivery to ensure success.
Compliance Oversight: Maintain health and safety standards.
Social Media Support: Assist with promotional activities on social media platforms.

Exceptional Communication: Proficient in verbal and written communication.
