Excellent customer service – Liaising with customers regarding requirements and problems. Must have excellent communication skills & a great telephone manner. Contribute to our sales success by assisting with samples, specifications, and more. Manage the Reception of the Main office. Set up new folders/shipping notes for containers. Respond to customer enquiries and emails accordingly. Preferred Requirements: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle a high volume of emails and phone calls. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage data and documentation. Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a customer-centric approach. Proactive and adaptable, able to react quickly to last-minute changes. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above. 2 years of experience in an office environment. A valid driving license may be required for occasional travel to other sites
