Hours: 37.5 Hour Week - Sunday to Thursday 3pm - 11pm
Please note, we ask that for your first 3 weeks you work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for training purposes.
The role (in a nutshell)
Telephone support for patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. To be the first point of contact for receiving and dealing with a variety of calls and enquiries. Dolby Vivisol has a comprehensive induction program which covers training on the relevant job aspects including patient support and business systems. THIS ROLE IS PART OF A CALL CENTRE
Primary Duties & Areas of Responsibility:
* Deal with all enquiries from patients/carers in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales.
* Process replenishment orders from patients and attempt to solve queries over the telephone.
* Ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards.
* Liaise closely with other departments by e-mail and telephone, giving accurate information at all times.
* Work to organisational and departmental targets as specified.
* Work with the senior team members on process improvements and projects.
* Provide support to other areas of the Customer Service department when required.
Education, Qualifications and Expertise Required:
* Will require an Enhanced DBS as part of the probation process.
* Effective telephone and communication skills.
* Empathetic and clear communication skills.
* Team player.
* Trustworthy, reliable & ethical.
* Good organisational skills.
* Problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer skills.
