You would be responsible for ensuring that the sales invoice process runs smoothly. This would include data entry and administration of financial information e.g. invoices, revenue products, client details, and checking and resolving variances and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients
2. Ensure appropriate and accurate records are maintained of clients within the accounting and CRM packages and of all documents sent to clients
3. Invoice amendments, reissues and cancellations where applicable
4. Ensure revenue products are maintained in the system and kept updated
5. Provide assistance & guidance where necessary to sales and marketing teams to ensure contracts and sales orders are entered correctly
6. Maintain good relationships with both internal teams and clients at all times
7. Assistance in keeping Line Managers updated on debtor & unbilled issues
8. General support and administration to wider team
