Job overview
An exciting opportunity to work in a small team that offers mental health support to NHS and social care colleagues across the Integrated Care System. The BSol Staff Mental Health Hub has developed the provision of a brief psychological intervention service for staff who are experiencing common mental health problems such as stress, anxiety, or low mood. You would be offering telephone, video, and face-to-face interventions across a variety of Trust and ICS settings.

Experience
* Relevant qualification in post grad psychological therapy - accreditation by professional organisation
* Experience of offering brief psychological interventions to adults
* Experience of working in staff support - core profession in mental health
* Experience of supervising others
