Responsibilities:
* Hit/exceed UK sales and order targets.
* Develop strategic accounts and hunt new opportunities.
* Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately.
* Support and guide channel partners.
* Represent the business at UK industry events and trade shows.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier delivery.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in sales management or technical sales.
* Background in process instrumentation or industrial tech is ideal.
* Strong communicator, strategic thinker, and confident negotiator.

* CRM-savvy (Salesforce preferred), with solid Microsoft Office skills.
* Based in the UK with flexibility to travel.
