This role will see you predominantly working within our Leadership Design discipline; however, the role will be flexible and may involve working within other areas of the Leadership Capability Team. This will support the teams critical business priorities and the broader DWP capability agenda.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively support multiple strands of work within the team encompassing Project Management and Strategic Planning, - working closely with the Lead responsible for the Leadership Design discipline.
* Proactively manage a portfolio of work, driving and embedding a planning and performance culture into the Leadership Capability Team, whilst scanning the wider environment, connecting multiple threads for potential impacts on the leadership work programme.

Interview
Your interview will either be conducted face to face or by video. You will be notified of the location if you are selected for interview.
The overall interview will last around 45 minutes and you will need to use your personal device to access the video link. You will be asked to present photographic identification to the Panel Chair as a preliminary step before the interview commences.
