Senior Mechanical Engineer We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a skilled engineering team. In this role, you'll lead the design and development of cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems and precision machinery. Key Responsibilities: Design and development of complex electro-mechanical systems using SolidWorks and perform classical engineering analysis (stress, fatigue, vibration). Be able to manage a small, multi-disciplinary team, ensuring high-quality designs meet cost, time, and quality objectives. Collaborate with production and test teams, providing technical support and ensuring designs meet specifications through lab testing. Work closely with project managers and sales teams to estimate timelines, deliverables, and provide proposals or quotations. Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in designing complex mechanical systems, including drive mechanisms and motor systems. Proficient in SolidWorks and other CAD tools, with hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle—from concept to production. Good leadership skills, with experience guiding a design team and managing project workloads. Experience with machining, casting, and fabrication techniques is beneficial. Personal Attributes: Passion for innovation in mechanical engineering and a drive for continuous improvement. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, producing reports, and participating in design reviews. Ability to work well in both team environments and independently when needed.
