We currently have a permanent opportunity within our A&E Operational Support Coordinator team, based in South Yorkshire. The successful post holder will be expected to cover all locations within South Yorkshire, ensuring that provision is available five days per week to support the leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who can provide administrative support to the management team by contributing to a diverse range of tasks. Act as an effective communication link between the A&E Operational Management team, stakeholders, patients, and the public, dealing appropriately with complex, sensitive, and confidential information. Establish and develop good working relationships with the wider A&E Operations department and support service departments. Produce letters, reports and provide analytical support to the A&E Operations Management team as and when required. Independently reply to/action correspondence where necessary for standard processes such as estates issues, compliments and departmental queries. Coordinate the collation of information and run analysis reports as required. Diary management for the A&E Operations Management Team where requested.
