The Building Surveying team of five operates with a collaborative ethos, ensuring support and knowledge-sharing at all levels. Their services span acquisitions, contract administration, schedules of condition, party wall matters, dilapidations, and more. The Role: This position involves a mix of approximately 65% project-based work and 35% professional services across sectors like Retail and Office. Responsibilities will grow to include increased client interaction and a business development focus as you progress within the firm. Requirements: MRICS qualification, ideally with 12-24 months of PQE (more or less experience will be considered). Strong expertise in all aspects of building surveying, particularly Contract Administration. Excellent communication skills and a drive to advance to Senior Surveyor level.
