Job Description:
* Head Vet looking for a change or an experienced/senior Vet looking to step up.
* Develop any specific interests; certification encouraged and fully funded.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Vet Surgeon to lead and manage a small animal veterinary practice in the Redruth area, Cornwall.
* Full-time role working 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota; no Sundays or OOH.
* Practice is spacious, purpose-built, with excellent facilities and equipment.
* Ideal for a Head Vet seeking a change or an experienced Vet ready to step up.
* Requires experience in GP practice, strong surgical and medical skills, and leadership abilities.
* Great opportunity to develop specific interests; certification encouraged and fully funded.
* CPD funding and paid RCVS and VDS memberships.
* Located in stunning Cornwall, surrounded by beautiful scenery and beaches.

Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
* Registered with the RCVS.
* Head Vet or experienced/senior Vet looking to step up.
* Extensive experience in GP practice.
* Strong surgical and medical skills.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a clinical team.
