As Operations Manager you will report to the General manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations.
* Directly lead the heads of departments.
* Ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service.
* Succession Planning Lead the development and continuous learning of the hotel staff.
* Ensure the best level of customer care within the property.
* Support the profitability and cost management of the hotel.
* Day to day running of Hotel Operations
* Trust You focus for each department using specific actions and striving for
improvement
* Maintain Health & Safety and Security within the hotel using Safe Systems of Work
provided
* Delivery of high-level consistent standards in conjunction with SOP manuals
What You Will Need:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a F&B/M&E role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
* A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
* Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
* Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
* Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
