Executive Assistant to CEO London, Cavendish Square Full time, 37.5 hours per week Permanent Salary: Competitive We are looking for an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant to join HCA Healthcare UK to support our CEO within Revenue Cycle. Within this role, you will provide a range of effective administrative duties to support the CEO in her day to day work. The EA will manage schedules, communications and administrative tasks, enabling the RCSS SLT to focus on strategic activities. Please note, the successful candidate is expected to be on site 5 days per week. Duties & responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence. Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritise communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly. Draft and proofread emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of executives Plan and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive decision-making. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Develop project summaries/updates via advance PowerPoint packs Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain filing systems Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Monitor and reconcile expense reports, budgets, and financial documents. What you’ll bring: Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management Prior experience within a PA/EA role, supporting executive level colleagues.
