Role Overview
Coventry College is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Lecturer in Health & Social Care who will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential. We recognise that our lecturing staff are integral to the success of the College and student achievement.
As a Lecturer in Health & Social Care, you should:
* Hold a relevant teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards
* Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area
* Evidence continuing professional development
You Should Also Be Able To Demonstrate:
* Teaching experience in a relevant subject area
* Application of quality improvement and assurance processes, including internal verification
* Successful course and curriculum development
* Experience in improving learner outcomes and quality of education
