Where does this role fit in?
As the Capture concierge you will be the face of Capture Studios, from organising travel and hotels (where required) to the first face that greets visitors through our doors.
Your role is to ensure their visit is the ‘wow’ that it should be. Working with the team to ensure that every shoot at the studios delivers more for the studio.
You will be passionate about providing exceptional service and solving problems (how do we find hotels for 27 people and organise pick-ups / drop offs from 6 points, plus sort lunch for 30 with 4 specialist diets for example. As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of studio while delivering an outstanding experience for each shoot. You'll be responsible for maintaining high building standards, conducting regular security checks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensuring we are the best kept studio in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests
* Manage shoot travel, accommodation and F&B requirements
* Ensure health and safety compliance throughout the building
* Maintain cleanliness standards within communal areas, including hospitality provision in client lounge
* Oversee front desk operations and perform general admin tasks
* Promote studio events
* Report and address any maintenance issues within the building
* Liaise with contractors for maintenance visits
