Employment Lawyer, NQ-3 Years PQE, North Yorkshire, £Excellent + Benefits (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to deliver practical, reliable advice to clients on a diverse range of Employment Law matters. JOB REF:8421.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for a varied caseload, including contracts of employment, discrimination claims, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE guidance, unfair dismissal claims, Employment Tribunals, and reorganisations and redundancies.
Requirements:
1. Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
2. Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Able to work well within a team environment.
