We are looking for a driven, diligent, friendly, and proactive Project Manager who is committed to advancing this essential area of the Trust. What Will You Do? Supporting the Assets & Environmental Manager, you will take the lead in planning, implementing, and successfully completing The Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 project. This includes ensuring all activities comply with specific funding requirements and standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver energy efficiency upgrades, such as insulation, heating systems, and renewable energy installations. Candidates will work closely with various teams across the Trust, supporting the Assets & Environmental Manager to consistently meet targets and deadlines. Minimum Requirements For This Role Qualification(s): HNC/HND in Construction or a related field, or equivalent qualification with significant experience in the construction industry. Or, NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Site Management or similar, demonstrating advanced knowledge and experience in construction management. Or, Degree in Project Management, Construction, Energy Efficiency, or related discipline Demonstrable project management experience, including planning, delivery, and evaluation Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables Knowledge and application of health and safety and compliance standards in project delivery Good understanding of energy efficiency measures such as insulation and low-carbon heating systems Understanding of project risk management processes Competitive salary Due to the nature of the role, a full current driving license and access to a car is essential. The role will also require the successful candidate to undergo a DBS check.
