Are you a passionate and experienced care professional looking for a leadership role in a forward-thinking organisation? Hestia Care Solutions Ltd is seeking Team Leaders to join our growing team in Hall Green, Birmingham.
Shift Pattern: 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM, 3 days on / 3 days off (rolling rota)
Annual Leave: 19 shifts per year
Location: Hall Green, Birmingham
Hourly Rate: £14.50

What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Supervisory experience (desirable)
* A compassionate, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or mental health needs is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision:
* Lead and support a team of care professionals, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
* Conduct handovers, ensuring clear communication between shifts.
Person-Centred Support:
* Provide compassionate and proactive support to a young individual with autism and mental health needs.
* Implement and follow bespoke care plans tailored to their specific needs.
* Encourage independence and promote emotional well-being.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
* Ensure all care provided aligns with CQC regulations, safeguarding policies, and best practices.
* Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and care plans.
* Support audits and quality assurance processes.
Crisis Management & Problem-Solving:
* Respond effectively to challenging situations, using positive behaviour support strategies.
* Work collaboratively with external professionals (e.g., therapists, social workers) to ensure holistic care.
Team Development & Training:
* Assist with onboarding, training, and development of staff.
* Promote continuous learning and a culture of reflective practice.
* Support performance reviews and appraisals.
