Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Project Manager for EMEA, you will lead and manage complex talent acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder needs, and regional requirements. You will be responsible for enhancing recruitment processes, improving efficiency, and executing strategic initiatives that support the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple talent acquisition projects across EMEA, ensuring successful & impactful delivery. Working across process improvement, change management, technology implementation, and data & analytics – the ability to shift between different types of projects is key.
* Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with senior leaders and HR teams across EMEA to understand the broader HR strategies, manage expectations, and deliver key TA projects across the region.
* Playing a role in the EMEA TA Leadership: Share best practices and promote alignment across global recruitment initiatives.
* Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and enhance candidate, recruiter, and business experience.
* Portfolio Management: Deliver regular status updates and post-project evaluations. Facilitate and manage regular portfolio reviews, quarterly and annual prioritization exercises, ensuring projects in flight remain relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or project management, with a focus on large-scale recruitment initiatives across EMEA.
* Strong knowledge of the EMEA talent market, including regional hiring trends, labor laws, and best practices.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in using HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics tools.
* Strong problem-solving ability, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Eager to drive key projects and initiatives that help enable our hiring strategies and vision.
