Senior Product Manager – Hospitality Technology & EPOS
Location: Hybrid in Midlands
Salary: £80,000- £90,000

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product strategy, shaping the evolution of hospitality tech solutions that drive operational excellence and frictionless customer interactions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be pivotal in delivering intuitive, scalable, and high-performance products that meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with industry trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, operational pain points, and innovation opportunities within hospitality technology.
* Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate real-world hospitality challenges into actionable product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
* Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality development of feature-rich solutions that enhance speed, accuracy, and guest experience.
* Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to align priorities, resolve challenges, and drive successful product launches.
* Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy across the organization, fostering alignment and ensuring seamless execution.
* Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and continuously refine features based on customer feedback and data insights.
* Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and ensuring solutions are intuitive, efficient, and tailored for hospitality environments.
Qualifications:
* 6–8 years of proven product management experience, ideally within hospitality technology, EPOS, or SaaS solutions.
* Strong knowledge of agile product development, UX principles, and project management methodologies.
* Experience working with payment integrations, multi-site operational tools, or guest experience solutions is a plus.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and drive collaboration across all levels.
* Data-driven mindset, using insights and analytics to guide product decisions and optimize features.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach to product development.
